  • Scroll down to the section titled “Recent Circulars.”
  • Click on the download Annual Intermediate Class 12 Exam Form 2024 link.
  • Fill in the form with your Aadhar number and email address.
  • Attach a copy of your registration card and pay the fee with the form.
  • The completed exam form will be filled out online by the school principal.
