Document Required to Apply Voter ID Card

How to Check Voter ID Card Application Status

If you want to check Voter Card Application Status then you may follow all the steps which are given below –

• Open the “Voter Helpline” App or visit the NVSP official website
• Click on “Track Application Status”
• Enter “Reference ID” then click on Track Status
• Now, you can check the Application Status

How to Apply Online for Voter ID Card

If you want to apply online for Voter ID card with the help of mobile, then you can follow the steps given below –

• To apply for a new Voter ID card, install the “Voter Helpline” app from Google Play Store.
• After installing “Voter Helpline” app, click on I Agree and then click on Next button.
• Now you will get the option of Login but you have to click on the option of “Skip Login”.
• Now click on the option of “Voter Registration” to apply for a new Voter ID card.
• After this click on “New Voter Registration (Form 6)” After that click on “New Voter Registration (Residing in India)”
• Now you have to enter your mobile number and click on Send OTP. After entering the OTP, click on “Verify”.
• Now after selecting “Yes, an Indian Citizen (Residing in India)” you have to click on “Next” button.
• Now you can submit your information and required documents
• Now if you have filled all your information correctly and also submitted the required documents, then finally you will be shown all your information again, after checking which you can click on the “Confirm” button.
• At the end you will be given a Reference ID which you should write down so that you can check the status of your Voter ID card.
